PMF Studio - short for “Product-Market Fit Studio”, was born the same way most good products are created: By identifying a market gap where one could make a real difference. In this case, the realization that even though product management has come a long way in the last decade, companies still struggle to reliably and repeatably get to product-market fit.
The reasons for this are many and varied, but the common theme is that PMF is elusive, and most startups lack the experience in-house of having done this dozens of times.
